We started with a full market assessment and current brand audit in order to curate the unique, distinct experience American Flower was promising to its followers. We framed the brand promise as follows:
American Flower was cultivated on the beaches of California as a movement of diversity and freedom—the freedom to pursue the American dream with a disparate group of individuals, all of whom have one thing in common: they enjoy American Flower.
Once we implemented the brand strategy and marketing plan, our goal was to translate the American Flower vision into a memorable journey in the form of a web & digital presence.
Conceptualizing and executing an effective packaging strategy was key to set American Flower apart amongst the circus of competing vape brands in the California dispensary landscape.
With a strong grassroots following in Colorado, Igadi was at a point to optimize their brand and sales strategy. We worked closely to create a slogan that embodied their forward thinking attitude and vision: Reimagine Cannabis.
We took a hands-on approach to assess and evaluate the Colorado product, sales and distribution landscape and developed targeted advertising and POS materials for the highly competitive Colorado cannabis market.
